Meetings

The Thames Valley Group meets at 20:00 on the fourth * Thursday of each month except August and December at the Holyport War Memorial Hall, Moneyrow Green, Holyport, Maidenhead, SL6 2NQ (see below). We usually have a guest speaker. The topics covered are wide and varied and have included talks about:

• Real Life Accident Investigation by the Transport Research Laboratory
• Motor Insurance Repair Research Centre, Thatcham
• Motor Cycling across Europe to Tunisia
• Police Dogs and Handlers
• Fire & Rescue Service
• Highways Agency
• Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance
• The Magistrates
• Geophysical Expedition to the Antarctic
• Plus many other speakers including I.A.M. Examiners and Head Office Members.

At the monthly meetings tea, coffee and biscuits are provided free of charge.

A raffle is included at the meetings with prizes being generously donated by members of the group.

You can buy books, videos, ties and IAM insignia from the Members' Shop. Many items are available at reduced prices.
